-Please no smoking in the house -Please no shoe in the house -Please turn off AC and light when you leave the house. -Please use the bedding and towels with care not leave deep stains. Any damage will charge for the price. - loosing Keycard is 500 thb per key. -After swim please dry your self before go into the house -No food and drink allowed in the pool area. ***For short term stay The cleaner will come refresh the room every 2-4 days of stay. *** For the monthly stay the cleaner will come refresh the room once per week. Other Details to Note
However, Nimmanhemin area is near the airport, within a 10-15 minute drive. Sometimes, airplane noise can be heard throughout the area. But if you keep the windows and doors closed, it will be okay. Monthly rent condition : Please note that the monthly rate guests pay to Airbnb is excluding utilities usage. The electricity usage will be charged on actual usage at 6 baht per unit , water supply for 30 baht per unit during stay on the first day of each month and on the checkout date. Cleaning is only done once per week. Free, if you would like the cleaning and change of towels and linen during your stay. Please let me know in advance so I could arrange this for you.
