However, Nimmanhemin area is near the airport, within a 10-15 minute drive. Sometimes, airplane noise can be heard throughout the area. But if you keep the windows and doors closed, it will be okay. Nimmanhemin area is full with the Bars, Cafe and restaurants etc. So have potential of noise at night.(Friday, Saturday) The apartment is have a long-term residence. Please be respectful during your stay. Swimming pool and gym open 7:00 am to 9 pm. Monthly rent conditions: Please note that the monthly rate (28night+)guests pay to Airbnb excludes utility usage. Electricity usage will be charged based on actual usage at 6 baht per unit. Water supply is 30 baht per unit during your stay on the first day and on the checkout date. If you turn on the air conditioner only when you sleep at night, it should be around 1,000-2,500 baht per month. Cleaning is done once per week free of charge, with cleaning and a change of towels and linen during your stay.
