Any damage will charge for the price. - loosing Keycard is 500 thb per card. -Trash can is behind the fire escape door on every floor. Or in front of elevator. -Swimming pool and fitness is open daily from 7 am to 9 pm. Only. - No outside guest to the Pool and Fitness. -After swim please dry your self before go into the building. -No food and drink allowed in the pool area. -Please do not put any of your belongings in the hallway. ***For short term stay The cleaner will come refresh the room every 2-3 days of stay. *** For the monthly stay the cleaner will come refresh the room once per week. However, Nimmanhemin area is near the airport, within a 10-15 minute drive. Sometimes, airplane noise can be heard throughout the area. But if you keep the windows and doors closed, it will be okay.
