Any damage will charge for the price. - loosing Keycard is 500 thb per card. -Trash can is behind the fire escape door on every floor. Or in front of elevator. -Swimming pool and fitness is open daily from 7 am to 9 pm. Only. - No outside guest to the Pool and Fitness. -After swim please dry your self before go into the building. -No food and drink allowed in the pool area. -Please do not put any of your belongings in the hallway. ***For short term stay The cleaner will come refresh the room every 2-3 days of stay. *** For the monthly stay the cleaner will come refresh the room once per week. My room is a condo and there are longterm residents please be quiet and respectful during your stay. Can get key or contact me 24 hours and i will be sure to response quick . If need me to provide anythings special please let me know. Rooftop Swimming pool and gym open 7:00 am to 9 pm. Nimmanhemin area is full with the Bars and Airport, Cafe and restaurants etc. So have potential of noise at night and airplane noise. Monthly rent condition : Please note that the monthly rate guests pay to Airbnb is excluding utilities usage. The electricity usage will be charged on actual usage at 6 baht per unit , water supply for 30 baht per unit during stay on the first day and on the checkout date. If you turn on air conditioner only when you sleep at night, it should be around 1000- 1,500 Bath per month. Cleaning is done once per week free with cleaning and change of towels and linen during your stay.
