House rule : Please Read it carefully -Please no smoking in the room. -Please no shoe in the room. -Please turn off AC and light when you leave the room. -Please use the bedding and towels with care not leave deep stains. Any damage will charge for the price. - loosing Keycard is 500 thb per card. -Trash can is behind the fire escape door on every floor. Or in front of elevator. -Swimming pool and fitness is open daily from 7 am to 9 pm. Only. - No outside guest to the Pool and Fitness. -After swim please dry your self before go into the building. -No food and drink allowed in the pool area. -Please do not put any of your belongings in the hallway. ***For short term stay The cleaner will come refresh the room every 2-3 days of stay. *** For the monthly stay the cleaner will come refresh the room once per week. Other Details to Note
However, Nimmanhemin area is near the airport, within a 10-15 minute drive. Sometimes, airplane noise can be heard throughout the area. But if you keep the windows and doors closed, it will be okay. Nimmanhemin area is full with the Bars, Cafe and restaurants etc. So have potential of noise at night.(Friday, Saturday) The apartment is have a long-term residence. Please be respectful during your stay. Swimming pool and gym open 7:00 am to 9 pm. Monthly rent conditions: Please note that the monthly rate guests pay to Airbnb excludes utility usage. Electricity usage will be charged based on actual usage at 6 baht per unit. Water supply is 30 baht per unit during your stay on the first day and on the checkout date. If you turn on the air conditioner only when you sleep at night, it should be around 1,000-1,500 baht per month. Cleaning is done once per week free of charge, with cleaning and a change of towels and linen during your stay.
