However, Nimmanhemin area is near the airport, within a 10-15 minute drive. Sometimes, airplane noise can be heard throughout the area. But if you keep the windows and doors closed, it will be okay. Guests can use everything in the Villas like your home. The only thing is we have no elevator in the building. But we do have staff to help lift up your luggage if you need. :) Monthly rent condition : Please note that the monthly rate guests pay to Airbnb is excluding utilities usage. The electricity usage will be charged on actual usage at 6 baht per unit , water supply for 30 baht per unit during stay on the first day of each month and on the checkout date. Cleaning is only done once per week. Free, if you would like the cleaning and change of towels and linen during your stay. Please let me know in advance so I could arrange this for you.

Guest can use all the area in the house ★Managing Expectations★ We truly believe you will most likely love your experience, however we want to make sure you are totally informed before you decide to book! ★Mosquitos and bugs: We have taken many measures to minimize the frustration of mosquitos and other insects, but this is Thailand and they are part of the deal :) ★Shared walls: Your villa is NOT the entire building but it's the whole four floor. Please review the photos in the listing. Your villa is also equipped with dark curtains so you can have total privacy inside your villa. ★The Villa is 4 story and we don’t have elevator in the building. But we do have staff to help lift up your luggage if you need. :) ★Parking: The designated parking is on the street in front of the villa can park one vehicle. Please note that it's the Odd days or Even day. There is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles within 10 meters of the front gate, but please note that the parking is not covered, and is not monitored. Your villa is in a very safe neighborhood. ★Pool access We not have the swimming pool but we offered the Resort access at Burasiri Hotel 300 Meters from our villa for 150Baht per person. They will come with pool tools and soft drink.
