However, Nimmanhemin area is near the airport, within a 10-15 minute drive. Sometimes, airplane noise and outside noise can be heard throughout the area. But if you keep the windows and doors closed, it will be okay. The apartment is have a long-term residence. Please be respectful during your stay. Monthly rent conditions: Please note that the monthly rate guests pay to Airbnb excludes utility usage. Electricity usage will be charged based on actual usage at 6 baht per unit. Water supply is 30 baht per unit during your stay on the first day and on the checkout date. Lovely stay in this apartment! I stayed 10 days and it was very well suited for long stays. Very spacious, quiet, clean and bright with a view of the mountain where you can watch the sunset. Comfortable bed, great rooftop with pool, and laundry machine was a great plus. Also the neighborhood is honestly the best place to be - you have cute retail shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, convenience stores etc all over this area. Noey was responsive and very helpful whenever I needed something. Highly recommend! Thank you!

We had a very nice stay! The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. What really surprised us was the location, the neighborhood is vibrant and full of great cafés and restaurants. We also loved spending time at the rooftop pool, which was a nice bonus. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you for having us!

Booked this place for a relative and he absolutely loved it. I’ve stayed with this host a bunch of times myself before, and it’s always been super smooth.
