The electricity usage will be charged on actual usage at 5 baht per unit , water supply for 30 baht per unit during stay on the first day of each month and on the checkout date. Cleaning is only done once per week. Free, if you would like the cleaning and change of towels and linen during your stay. Please let me know in advance so I could arrange this for you.

In the Nimman area and was quite accessible by foot to Maya/One Nimman (8-10 min walking by adult). There were multiple 7-11s available with the closest one being a 5-6 minute walk. Multiple massage shops around the area with one only 2 min walk away. Also had multiple dining options as well. We actually walked to university of Chiangmai in about 20-25 min. The house itself was clean and very well suited for my family of 7 that included a 3 and a 5 year old and two 70 plus. Yes there are multiple levels of stairs to be get to each room especially the top floor. However, this is with the case of most larger houses in Chiangmai. The house itself has an AC in almost every room except for one. All ACs worked very well. multiple street parking available so parking our rental car was not an issue. Only issue was the tour company/grab driver can’t seem to find the address so we had to set the pick up location to a nearby intersection. Not a big deal. Overall great stay, highly recommend

Great host, very responsive and helpful. Great location and comfortable home. Note that it is in the flight path from Chiang Mai airport so planes can be noisy, but this is standard for homes and hotels in this area in Nimman. Overall highly recommended!

This place is very good. Close to the hubbub of the local area yet far enough away to feel peaceful and calm. good views of the mountains. it is under the flight path which you get used to very quickly. we would stay again for sure.
